Needing to change my order my order?
Changes can be made to orders such as shipping address, design or product size or style within 12 hours after ordering placed. However please send us an email we may be able to accommodate your request even if it has been over 12 hours after order has been placed.
I need to cancel lmy order?
Cancellations can be made within 12 hours after order has been placed, depending on the item being purchased. This does not include RUSH orders.
How long will it take to get my refund for cancellation of order?
Please allow 7-10 business days for all cancellation orders.
The items I purchased do not fit; can I exchange them?
We do not accept exchanges or refunds. Please refer to size charts noted on each listing prior to placing order. If you have questions, please email us.
Do you provide bulk order discounts?
We do offer bulk order discounts on all products we sell. Contact us for details.
How do I press a DTF Transfer?
DTF Transfer orders will include a detail direction card which explain how to press the transfer.
By purchasing you agree that the process for the application of our transfers is your responsibility and we do not refund due to user error.
No Teflon Sheets, Covers or Pillows.
Never use Teflon sheets, covers or pillows with DTF Screen Prints. They dissipate the heat too much, resulting in a poorly applied transfer.
Calibrate Your Heat Press. ACCURATE HEAT
You will want to use a quality LAZER Temperature Gun to ensure your heat press is heating evenly and accurately. You should do this each and every time you start a new pressing cycle.
How do I store my DTF Transfer orders?
Humidity is not a friend to DTF Screen Print Transfers that is why all of our transfers are shipped with humidity packs in a clear zip lock poly bag and is then placed in a hard rigid cardboard envelope. It is highly encouraged for customers to store their transfers inside the zip lock bag with humidity packets until used.
Pressing instructions are included with each order.
Washing and care instructions?
Garments embroidered using Velvet, Sequin, Silk, Satin
Turn garment inside out.
Wash on gentle cycle, cold water.
Lay flat to dry.
If Ironing is needed, place a towel over the design and iron on towel.
Handmade Apparel and products
Machine or hand wash cold, hang to dry.
