Return Refund Policy

We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges, however we strive to have happy customers so please let us know if you have any issues with your order. 

Mistakes can happen so we gladly will refund, replace any item where Lovin The Bling has made the mistake. such as spelling error, or shipping error. This does not include errors made by customer when customer such as customer noting wrong information in customized/personalization notes or noting wrong shipping address into order when placed. 

If a refund is approved by Lovin The Bling, refunds will be applied within 7-10 business days or sooner. 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card company/bank account again. Then contact your credit card company/bank account as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. This can take up to 10 business days.

We us Priority Mail for replacement exchange orders.
